Refunds for cancelled bookings cannot be given. If you are unable to attend a course or workshop then an alternative date will be offered, usually within two months of the original booking. Likewise, if weather or other factors out of my control cause a course or workshop to be postponed then they will be rescheduled to another date.
Failure to turn up for a course or workshop or cancellation within 24-hours of a course will forfeit the full fees for that day.
In exceptional circumstances, if a refund is offered, it will be subject to a 10% surcharge that reflects the charges made to me by the online banking services and my administration time.
For sales of tangible goods, such as framed prints or custom-made computers, refunds will only be offered if the goods are faulty or do not meet my usual exacting standards.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
